- The Podere Piaggette di Segalari is located in the hills overlooking the sea, has been renovated by dividing the ancient manor farm into two comfortable independent apartments. Surrounded by a hundred year old olive grove offers moments of true relaxation and full immersion in nature and silence.
From the hill on which the house is built, the surrounding landscape is dominated, ranging from the village of Castagneto Carducci to the sea, on clear days it is possible to see the islands of the Tuscan archipelago.
A perfect place for outdoor grilling and enjoying both the sea and the countryside. The surrounding forest allows many walks and cycle routes. The house also has a large outdoor courtyard, with two bathrooms with showers and toilets.
