"Appartement globalement conforme mais le manque de scrupules de la propriétaire fait froid dans le dos.Celle ci nous a laissé découvrir l'appartement sans nous préciser que le volet électrique était défectueux , et mon fils s'est retrouvé coincé sur la terrasse, n'ayant pour autre option que de prévenir les pompiers la proprietaire étant dans le nord de la France. Nous aurions vécu dans le noir et sans terrasse si nos voisins n'étaient pas venus nous effectuer un bricolage de fortune, précaire...
