"Whoever gives out Star ratings in Rome should go back to Star rating school. At one time it was a four but today it is at best a 2 star hotel. This is a shame as the hotel sits in a quiet and affluent part of Rome with very nice grounds. The hotel needs extensive upgrades. The furniture is literally falling apart and dirty. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...
