"The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were great! But the place is old and needs a major overhaul. The door to our room wouldn’t close. They sent maintenance up to fix it right away. But we had issues again later that night. The sink and bathtub were clogged. And the toilet was very slow. This is my second stay in the last year. Last visit my toilet was clogged and unusable. I won’t be staying here again. "

"This place is spotless!! The staff is always cleaning. Breakfast was amazing…if I ever get back to East Wenatchee, I would definitely stay here and will let friends And family knoe also. "Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. We were placed next to a room with children running and screaming, along with a dog that barked constantly. I reached out to request a room change (we had booked a king with a jacuzzi tub), but was told the only alternative available was a queen room. I was also told they would address the noise if it continued after 10pm, which wasn’t very helpful in the moment. Beyond the noise, the room itself had several issues. The shower leaked, and it appeared the shower head had been patched with plumbers putty. The jacuzzi tub was dirty, which was especially concerning given that it’s a feature we specifically booked. The room also had a musty smell and felt quite dated. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and the condition of the room combined with the lack of immediate resolution made for an uncomfortable stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Ritterhof. Clean Room, very friendly staff with helpful suggestions for where to eat and what to do. Spacious room for our family. We especially appreciated the chairs on the deck. The continental breakfast was adequate."

"I asked for room service, they asked "whats services would you like" I said, new towels, empty trash and replenish the coffee, food and cups we use.... we did not get room service and when we asked for towels they said we were syppose to ask for room service (but we did the night before). The mattress sheets do not fit so they come off @ night. Hotel is really old and small, layout is odd. Small fridge, no microwave."
