The breakfast was excellent especially loved the fresh fruit, juices, variety of pastries, bread, omelets, vegan options as well as cheeses and meats/ salmon. The ocean view is spectacular. My kids enjoyed tennis, the beach, golf and the other activities at Kids club. It was close to Lagos and concierge arranged our trip to Benagil. The villa we lived in was very comfortable. "We are a family of 4 and booked a garden view apartment. We cooked in the apartment which is very well equipped. The hotel is in a beautiful setting in a cliff over an amazing beach which is a 5 minute walk. There is a bar by the pool serving all sorts of food. Lagos is a 50 minute walk through the scenic route passing Ponta da Piedade/Praia do Camilo/Praia de Dona Ana, some of the “must see sites” in Algarve. Our only complaint was the main door to the beach house had a spring that made the door slam which would reverberate through the building. "This is a maximum a 3 star hotel overall. Breakfast and dinner were really poor. In the morning almost all tables were dirty and staff have done nothing about that. Also we weren’t offered any drinks or eggs, later we found out that we could have a sunny side up or similar by request but it was impossible to find staff. Beds are just awful and painful, old mattresses with broken springs. Only 1 (ONE!!!) average speed EV charger in the whole facility."

For the price we paid, we thinks it was a good deal. We walked across the street to the ocean boardwalk for a 20 minute leisure walk to down town and took a less than $5 euro Uber back at night. You will hear birds chirping as the hotel has a few bird nets."

"Easy to park and access. Check in was smooth. Our room was on the second floor with a window looking out to the coast. We could open the window and listen to the waves all night. So close to everything. The bed was amazing! Huge bathtub and lots of warm water. The breakfast filled us up with many options for breads, pastries, coffees…the elevator made it really easy to move our luggage to the room. "
