"Lovely hotel spread across small buildings close to Porto de Mós beach. We stayed in a one‑bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living room on the ground floor, complete with a patio, partial sea view, and convenient on‑site parking. The only downside of our particular apartment, 1301, was that the patio did not receive sun until mid‑afternoon. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The indoor and outdoor pools were lovely, and the restaurant offers room delivery, which was a nice touch. The complex is built on a steep hill, so it may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties. However, the resort itself is located in a quiet, level neighbourhood and is very close to the beautiful beach. Staff were extremely helpful during both check‑in and check‑out. My only real disappointment was the internet speed, which was very slow and almost unusable at times. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"Cascade Wellness Resort was a major disappointment and nowhere near what I would consider a true high-end resort experience. The property feels outdated and overpriced. Once there, you are essentially trapped paying extremely high prices for brunch and dinner, yet the food quality and portions were surprisingly low-end and underwhelming. The service only added to the frustration. Staff were generally did little improve the experience perhaps since you are forced to pay the gratuity despite the actual service provided. Even basic expectations were missed — including the lack of accessible coffee options, which is hard to believe for a resort positioning itself as luxury. Overall, the value simply does not match the pricing or branding. There is no way this should be considered a luxury resort experience."
