We were informed during the check in that we need to change fo another stayhere building due to no availability, No parking in the new building which was close to the original one but still we were obliged to walk with our languages, the parking is very small huge risk to crash your car, When it come to the new proposed room : not enough towels, no carpets, no remote control ...

There is only one thing that I did not like, which is that the receptionist gave me a room other than the one I reserved, but I insisted on getting my room, which is what actually happened after I informed her that I would cancel my reservation.

Le séjour s’est bien déroulé. Merci à Hodeifa qui a su être disponible tout au long du séjour. Points à améliorer : revoir l’état des meubles notamment des chaises. Et peut être mettre à disposition des produits ménagers pour un séjour long. De façon générale, je recommande. La résidence est très bien située (commerces, restaurants, banques…)

Belle chambre , propre ( malgré quelques cafards ). Situation géographique correcte. Personnel aimable cependant nous aurions aimé plus de promptitude dans les réponses à nos questions et être informé lors du passage de la femme de ménage et surtout pas en notre absence ( bien que nous n’ayons rien perdu )
