I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. Thanks to Mohammed (and Yasmine) and Abderrahmane! Thanks again to the terrific front desk staff! You help me a lot with the lending of the phone charger and you and me feel welcomed at the hotel. The only issues that I did not know about is that there was no heating in the room, only cooling. And I missed the information about the airport shuttle location -- but I finally found it and it was a terrific easy service to get to the hotel from the airport. Overall, it was a great place to stay. "
