"In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. Breakfast was decent, positive thing is the tea time service from 4to 6pm for free that was very nice to have. The staff was not the happiest guys in the world, sometimes I was not sure if I was bothering them asking for doubts or asking some recommendations. General terms is Good. Location is very convenient very close to the beach Praia do Forte and the neighborhood of Passagem."

"I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service "
