Muito boa a estadia!!

Viajei com meu esposo no período do carnaval e a estadia foi excelente, o quarto no qual ficamos era reformado e não tenho do que reclamar, o café da manhã também atendeu nossas expectativas, tinha o básico para o desjejum, o hotel é próximo a praia e tbm dá pra ir a praça andando, não utilizamos a piscina pois preferimos ir a praia, o hotel não é novo mas atende as necessidades de estadia. Os funcionários são muito educados. Não temos do que reclamar.

Hotel tradicional, ótima localização, sendo possível ir caminhando para as praias das Dunas e praia do Forte. Os arredores do Hotel também possui restaurantes, padaria e lanchonetes, sem necessidade de carro. O café da manhã é razoável, sentimos falta de mais opções de pães e principalmente suco natural, os que são servidos são artificiais. O grande problema do Hotel é o Ar Condicionado, que são instalados em estruturas com vidro e alumínio, o que gera muito ruído e encomoda bastante. Os destaques são a localização e atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito atenciosos. Torcemos para que a gestão do Hotel decida instalar os aparelhos de Ar Condicionado nas paredes, dessa forma, o Hotel será nota 10.

O hotel, de maneira geral, não atendeu às minhas expectativas. O ambiente era agradável e a equipe de atendimento foi atenciosa, mas alguns aspectos ficaram aquém do esperado. O café da manhã, por exemplo, deixou a desejar, com opções limitadas e qualidade abaixo do esperado para o preço da diária. No entanto, posso destacar a localização, que é conveniente para quem precisa de fácil acesso a pontos turísticos. Com algumas melhorias, acredito que o hotel poderia oferecer uma experiência mais satisfatória.

A limpeza deixa bem a desejar, o armário de roupas com portas agarrando, água com odor desagradável, chuveiro algumas vezes não esquentou, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento e sujo internamente. Tínhamos reservado em outro hotel, optamos pelo Joalpa em função do estacionamento e estava mais perto da orla da praia do forte, Outros quesitos como o café da manhã, são compatíveis com o valor.

Hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente. Apesar dos funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, as instalações estão muito velhas. O café da manhã está no padrão de um hotel 3 estrelas. No geral o custo benefício ok.

Elevadores arcaicos,extremamente barulhentos e caindo aos pedaços,quarto impossível de dormir pois o ar de parede fazia a porta da sacada trepidar horrorosamente. Hotel com instalações muito antigas,com limpeza ok café da manhã ok mas de uma forma geral,muito abaixo do agradável.

Péssima experiência, de longe o pior hotel que ja me hospedei. Quarto e banheiro imundos, cheio de lodo. Ar condicionado de janela, todo quebrado e barulhento ao extremo, chegando ao ponto de não deixar dormir. Ca$é da manhã muito simples e pouca variedade, funcionáriosdiscutindoilum comoutrona feente dos hóspedes, funcionaria do restaurante demonstrando total insatisfaçãoem estar trabalhandoe atendendoos hóspedes. Essa mesma funcionária teve a capacidade de pegar um talher que um hóspede havia deixado cair no chãoe colocar dentro do cestade pão que estava no buffet. Toda estruturado hotel precária, antiga e nal conservada. Os elevadores dão até medo de entrar. Toalhas super encardidas e velhas, coberta fedendo a mofo.
