"All went well here. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The home, views and property are all gorgeous. My kids loved the pool!"

"This is a fantastic space! The location and walking proximity to great beaches, a little market, a great Argentinian restaurant, a bakery, and just a 10 minute drive to Samara for other fun stuff make it the perfect combination of quiet and convenient. The pool is lovely and the communal spaces for cooking and sharing meals and games after a day out and about make this ideal for families coming together. My sister's family and my family had 9 of us sharing the space and it was easy, with more than enough beds for 5 kids and 4 adults. And unlike some rentals we've experienced in traveling, this one has a fully stocked kitchen. (Some of the pans are a bit old and worn, but there are more than enough to use.). We saw howler monkeys most mornings and the snorkeling at the local beach was pretty darn good! The sunsets were killer at all the beaches nearby, and we got lucky and saw the Olive Ridley turtles coming in to lay eggs just 30 minutes south of here! I really can't say enough good things about David who helped us in and out of the house and shared many local recommendations. He also had good connections for tours should you want. I can't say enough good things about this house, and can't wait to get back to it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this home during our first trip to Costa Rica. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the owner was very communicative and helpful while preparing for our visit.Alexandria and Sonia were exceptional—always kind, welcoming, and discreet while keeping the home spotless. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge convenience, especially with all of the activities our family enjoyed during the week.The living room, foyer, and kitchen are not air-conditioned, but each bedroom has A/C, which made for very comfortable sleeping.For future guests, it’s worth noting that if you’re hoping for an easy, safe walk to a swimmable beach where you can spend the day, this may not be the best fit. The beach access was farther than we expected, and we didn’t feel comfortable making the walk with our family, so we relied on drivers instead. Fortunately, we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful pool, which worked out perfectly for us.Our airport driver initially had difficulty finding the home using the original location provided, but the owner responded immediately via WhatsApp with an updated GPS pin. Once we received it, navigation was easy for the rest of our stay.Overall, this home was exactly what we were looking for. If your priority is stunning views, outstanding hospitality, and a peaceful place to relax, you’ll have a wonderful stay."

"The host was easy to communicate with. Property was beautiful, had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy. We loved the shops and restaurants close by. We had an issue with money missing from several of our guests, an unresolved issue that put a damper on our trip but besides this issue everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful home and property! Amazing view! Maria is spectacular!! Waking up to coffee made and then a wonderful breakfast home made. She also will make the best dinners for you on request!! She is the best part of this already amazing home. Can’t say enough. I would make sure you have a car since the main beaches are 1-3 miles away."

"This beautiful home is exactly how described and pictured - a true oasis! We had a wonderful time with our family of 7 adults and resident iguanas, birds, and even howler monkeys that were heard but not seen. We felt safe and welcomed the entire time. A/C is in the bedrooms only so the rest of the house can get a little warm. I think a place of this size with A/C throughout would probably far exceed our budget. If you get warm, take a dip in the beautiful pool!"
