"The check in process was easy, buy the rental office was a little challenging to find. The sign is small and it is in a back corner amongst other shops. After we found it, the process was smooth. The rental agent even escorted us to the property to be sure we were comfortable with the locks and safe. The property was clean and they had cleaners come twice during our stay which was great. The a/c units were a blessing with the heat and humidity and the pool was used a lot. We felt safe in the house, but they also had a security guard each evening which made us feel even more secure. We had to scoop a couple of crabs from the pool each morning, but there was equipment there to make this possible. We walked to the beach and swam in the ocean multiple times since it was so close. The only downside was the living room fan. It was not working and would have been nice to help with air movement in the big living room. We did contact the rental office and they checked but it was not able to be repaired during our stay.The owner and rental agency were great with communication and answering our questions."

The view is incredible and we loved hanging out in the pool listening to the howler monkeys and watching the hummingbirds and butterflies. The property is close to the beach and great restaurants. Communication was fantastic. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return soon!"

Louise was an exceptional host — responsive, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. We'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Louise!"
