"The hotel was very authentic and rustic in a traditional but quaint way. The staff were friendly and helpful although some didn’t have the best English. It was clean but the some of the fittings could do with an upgrade, one of my power points didn’t work at all. The transport links are great with a tram stop literally outside the hotel. I was emailed a free transport pass from the hotel but the website was glitchy so it didn’t work - I’m sure they could issue in the hotel but I was too late to...
