No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. "

"Canapé lit très mou. Ce n'était pas explicite lors de la réservation. Nous étions plusieurs au bas de l'immeuble a ne pas trouver le mail pour accéder a l'immeuble. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain. Propreté très mitigée "
