From the carport walk up the stairs and enter the main floor. Open concept, kitchen, dining, living room, with lots of natural light and every amenity in mind. Fully stocked kitchen for quick bites or gourmet dinners to feed the family or large group. Exceptional coffee, bar with espresso machine, traditional pot, Brewer, and pod Brewer. Free specialty coffee provided!

Dining table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar.

Plenty of seating in the living room for relaxing evenings. Large smart TV with multiple streaming apps and electric fireplace for cozy, cool nights.

Step out the sliding glass door from living room to your private balcony with ocean views and outdoor seating.

One king bedroom in the main floor with full bathroom right outside the door. Equipped with smart tv, plush linens and room darkening shades.

Primary Suite:

The primary bedroom has king size bed, queen pullout sofa & spa-like en-suite bathroom. All linens, amenities, and towels provided. Private balcony outside glass door with steps to reach the rooftop deck with stunning views.

3rd & 4th bedrooms:

Comfy Queen beds, smart TV’s and desk and office chair for a convenient private workspace. Full bathroom is right outside the bedroom doors.

Close to the Boardwalk (3 min drive / .8 miles). Walkable from house to restaurants, The famous Tiki Rooftop Bar, and live music. One block away from Fresh seafood n drinks at Spot Bar n Pizza next door.

Quite street and safe residential street, two blocks away from the water park with summer events and paddle boats, Golf cart and Bike rentals 2 blocks away (they drop n pick up from the house).

Guest have access to the entire home and backyard.

We have three people watching the listing messages and quickly respond to needs.
No smoking inside. A $300 charge will be applied if smoking occurs in the house to pay for smoke remediation prior to the next guest.

No parties. $500 cleanup fee may be applied if parties occur with expressive cleaning required.

Unapproved late checkouts will be charge $100 per hour (we give a 20 min grace period but cleaners arrive promptly at 10 unless otherwise arranged and we have to pay them for their time waiting on guests to checkout.

No loud music outside out of respect for the neighbors.
