PRIME LOCATION. Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we are pleased to offer this newly rebuilt SPACIOUS, OPEN CONCEPT 2 BEDROOM vacation rental with 2 king bedrooms both with en-suite baths. Luxuriously designed with an open concept floor plan, featuring a chefs GRANITE KITCHEN WITH CENTER ISLAND, TILE FLOORS THROUGHOUT, GRANITE COUNTER VANITIES & WALK IN SHOWERS, FULL LAUNDRY FACILITIES and a location that allows you to walk to ALL Carmel restaurants, shops and the beach. We have carefully designed the interiors for the comfort of our guests. The building consists of two rental units. Both units are identical. Both living spaces are completely separate with their own entrances. The two bedroom units are just under 1300 square feet. Unit one is located on the ground floor and unit two is located on the second floor ( above unit one). Each unit has a separate listing on VRBO. This listing hosts UNIT 1 located on the ground floor of the building. Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we still boast a rather private setting as the duplexes set far from the street and are surrounded by other quiet Inns. This unit has an outside patio area with seating for four.

We had the best two-week stay at this property. Communication and check-in were great, and the place was well-equipped for our needs. The fridge had bottled water, coffee, and creamer waiting for us, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and we had ample closet space. The best part was being in downtown Carmel

Visiting family in Carmel and found this amazing property last minute! From the check in process, communication leading up to our visit, and the property itself everything was 5 - and the location! Great location and property

This was a great place to stay in Carmel for two couples. We loved the fact that it had two en-suite king sized bedrooms and a comfortable living space. The location could not have been better for exploring Carmel-by-the-sea. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location!!

You couldn't ask for a better location!! You are just walking minutes away from the restaurants, shops, beach, etc We didn't have to use our car once, it was perfect!! Everything was so clean and decorated beautifully!! We will definitely be back in the near future.

Carmel Trip

This is a great vacation rental. The unit is well appointed, tastefully decorated, very clean and everything works! It is also in a great location for walking access to the beach, the mission trail, restaurants and shops. The parking space is also a plus. I would highly recommend this unit.

Amazing location

Stayed here with my wife and dog. Had an amazing trip. The apartment is very well kept and clean. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were nice as well. Steven was a great host and made sure we had everything needed. Definitely want to stay here again soon

Great location in town.

Property was a gem of a find and the perfect location to unwind post family wedding in Napa. We've stayed in Carmel several times over the years and loved the idea of being so close to Ocean in the heart of town. We were able to walk everywhere. The place itself was well appointed and very comfortable for two couples. Super responsive management team when one small issue arose (fire alarm). Highly recommend this place and we would stay there again.

Great location. Walking distance to everything Carmel has to offer. Don’t forget this is a two unit complex. We had great neighbors during our stay. But I could that being a small issue with this property.
