Your private CA retreat in Glendora perfect for families, groups, or getaways!
4/10 Poor
"The house is in a great area. The inside had not been thoroughly cleaned. All the windows were very dirty, inside and out. The entrance and doors are covered in cob webs, leaves and dust. We were greeted by trash barrels and a big bag of garbage on the curb, gross garbage bag in the trash receptacle in the kitchen with spiders, dead flowers in a vase w/green stinky water; door handle to the patio is broken, the refrigerator and freezer are full of food and super dirty inside, the pool area is awesome but the furniture is run down and very dirty. There are two boxes of new outdoor furniture on the patio - it would have been nice to have that set up! There are no tables or chairs to dine outside. There are two bowls of dirt in the kitchen. There are chickens in a chicken coop that seem neglected and super thirsty! Why didn't the host mention this! Everything is dusty and unattended to. The house layout is awesome and this could be a killer rental if he put some care into the place! After driving 800 miles to get here, we spent 2 hours cleaning. Found underwear behind the curtain in the master, old shoes by the nightstand, mold growing in the coffee filter, no Kerig, just a cheap hotel version of a coffee maker that doesn't work, filthy outdoor furniture, a dead lizard under the pillows on lounge chair, kitchen lights will not turn off; the kitchen disposal doesn't work. Dead plants inside and out. The host said he's in Michigan and cannot tend to our requests to fix things."

2/10 Terrible
"Cleanliness not good. Hairs, ants, bugs, etc. webs in corners. Sink plumbing didn’t work and they didn’t fix it over our 4 days. Just kept saying they would send someone and no one came. AC does NOT cool down the unit at ALL during the day. So be aware!! Cornhole IS INOPERABLE. So many things honestly. We couldn’t stay here. We had to leave somewhere else and only come back to sleep in a bed full of hairs and a black stain. Smh. Had to buy a lint roller to clean as much as we could and floors are dirty"
