"Great place especially for a big group. Every room has a bathroom Fireplace-owners/renters were kind enough to bring us firewood 😉 It is a Christian campground-just be prepared for that if your trip is not faith based. Overall would go back."

"House is cute and in a nice walkable neighborhood. The upstairs of the home (kit, living room, dining) was nice. Owners had a great coffee area set up, only thing was there were not coffee filters, so we didn't get to take advantages of the coffee. The downstairs was disappointing, the carpet is stained and the downstairs area smells. I guess this is good for those who have their pets (which we did not). "Traveling from Utah to Texas for the 2024 Eclipse, we stayed at this lovely rental in Carlsbad. We immensely enjoyed Carlsbad Caverns and took a jaunt into the Guadalupe Mountains as well. The home had what we needed, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house itself is beautiful and comfortable."
