Trust the rating. It was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and they had my fav breakfast… golden waffles. Treadmill in the gym was good and the price made it a perfect choice.

Outstanding customer service, staff members were very helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and very nice well kept. Hotel has a very clean parking lot and has plenty of spaces for all vehicles. I would have to say they do have an outstanding breakfast for the residents the stay. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you.

The stay was great. Bed was good. I have a bad back from a two story fall so for me to say any bed is exceptional but my own will be a stretch but I didn’t hurt, hips Mor, back so it’s a good thing! Breakfast was really good. Enjoyed the eggs, bacon and waffles. The friendliness of the staff was TERRIFIC. The upstairs hallway by the elevator has a very weird wet smell but the room smelled great. Our room has a little weird room but they said it might put a kitchen or pull out bed. We called it our Yeti room. We would definitely stay again.

The room was clean. Beds comfortable. Parking was tricky because of many many pickup trucks. It was hard to maneuver. Biggest Criticism: the breakfast was vile. Prefab eggs that were greasy, stale bread, not well stocked with yogurt or fruit. No bowls for cereal. Just awful.

Stayed 2 nights - room key card reader didn't work, so person at desk had to let us in our room each time. They willingly did, but that was inconvenient for us and the employee. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived. Breakfast was fresh. Staff provided restaurant and Caverns info.
