"Clean and comfortable "

"Monika was so kind at check in. It made everything pleasant even though we didn’t have shampoo. I didn’t care. I just used the bar of soap to wash my hair. "

"It was off the main strip in a quiet area. Location was great for us visiting the area attractions. Great staff, breakfast good each day had good variety. Bed in the room was amazing so comfortable soft sheets. Cleaning crews there are friendly and super thorough. "

"At check-in the employee at the front desk was very helpful. She provided us with a good restaurant recommendation and told us about the laundry room for guests on the fourth floor. We enjoyed the hotel’s outdoor pool and noted that the pool area was well-maintained. Overall the hotel appears to be relatively new and is well-equipped with high quality appliances (microwave, laundry machines). The bed was comfortable. The hotel’s breakfast was not quite as good as other breakfasts that we’ve had on our trip (at IHG properties in New Mexico), in terms of variety, but we did enjoy the scrambled eggs and pancakes. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend Hyatt House Carlsbad."

"The Hotel was awesome!! It was so clean and nice. The pool is small but the girls loved it!! Breakfast was good. We spent alot of time downstairs in the sitting area with our friends catching up on our lives and playing games. Thank you all for auch a wonderful hotel experience. We definitely recommend this Sleep Inn."

"Room was rather tight in space and lighting was limited for reading in bed. Beds were good, staff helpful."
