We are located in Carlsbad Village, less then a block from the beach and the beach access, just a block from downtown Carlsbad. You can literally walk to local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station. The unit is in a twenty one unit garden low rise apartment complex, there are three buildings with a courtyard and swimming located in the center of the complex.
This vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Weekend visit
One of the best equipped condos we’ve ever stated at. The condo was spacious and the beds very comfortable! Appreciate the beach items although we did not use them, weather was a bit cool for spending a day at the beach. Truly enjoyed being able to walk to the village for food and entertainment. Would love to return soon for another visit with my family.

Fantastic for a family of 4
We had a lovely stay in the Carslbad area.
This location is a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants.
There was everything at the property for beach going. (beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys and a wagon).
For those planning a day at lego land it is only a 15 minute drive away!
We were also able to get grocery delivery to this location to make some meals in during our stay.
Highly recommend for a family of four!

Great location in Carlsbad
We stayed at this property in 2019, and found it again on VRBO. Great location, comfortable for sleeping, cooking, hanging out. Laundry on site, pool, too. Two very short blocks to the beach, two blocks to downtown, we walked everywhere. Secure parking, and a charger for our hybrid vehicle. We'll be back!
