"The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. It was just as nice, though I question if it was a little smaller. The manager of the apartment was very kind and very attentive. Gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. "We had a great time here. Lovely, spacious room overlooking the piazza. The staff were really helpful, and always someone available to ask. The breakfast was outstanding! We have never seen such a spread of different foods laid out for us! The location of the hotel is great for travelling around the city.
