Found the electronic door lock cards to be a bit temperamental but reception quickly reprogrammed them to resolve the issues."

Had to book a slot for the swimming pool in the morning, but when I got there I was the only one in there so that felt a bit pointless; also, when I got there, there was no one at the desk in the health centre to check me in, so I had to find a towel myself and make my own way in."
