Su serzu 2 is set in a private  plot of land together with other houses among orchards and olive groves. 

The apartment comprises a living room with kitchenette, 1 double room and a bathroom. There is also a large veranda, a barbecue area and an outside shower. The apartment is about 3km far from the village Cardedu.

Aufenthalt in Nebensaison

Wir haben eine Woche in der Nebensaison in der Unterkunft verbracht.Sie ist ländlich und ruhig gelegen. Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich nicht in nächster Nähe, aber der Strand ist nicht weit und sehr schön.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Was uns nicht so zugesagt hat, war dass es recht dunkel drinnen war. Auch das Bett war nicht so stabil und die Matratze sehr schaukelig, sodass wir nachts aufgewacht sind. Die Wände sind auch relativ dünn und man kann die Nachbarn hören. Ein Schneidebrett in der Küche haben wir vermisst und wir würden empfehlen, dass der Toilettensitz ausgetauscht wird (Verfärbungen und sitzt nicht fest)Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen, wenn man Sardinien von seiner ruhigen und ländlichen Seite erleben will.

Prima verblijf met paar aandachtspuntjes

Ruim verblijf, giga badkamer, fijne airco, mega koelkast, goede ligbedden buiten, groot terras, prachtige zonsondergang, rustige plek ondanks nabij gelegen woonhuizen, fijne parkeerplek naast het huis. Mindere zaken, huisje is ofschoon en 11 dagen zonder stofzuiger is dan best lang. Zeer wiebelig bed voor flinke Hollanders, douchekophouder is lam, wc bril is lam, Dolce gusto lekt, veel (steek)vliegen (we denken door de nabij gelegen schapenboerderij).

Joli appartement dans un environnement proche de la nature et des plages

Très jolie région à découvrir, plages magnifiques. Propriétaires sympathiques. L'appartement est très plaisant et très bien équipé : grille-pain, produits de première nécessité, machine à café à capsules, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine, etc. la terrasse est agréable pour prendre ses repas. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Vacanza nella meravigliosa sardegna

Siamo stati io e mia moglie in questa meravigliosa struttura cosa dire la casa perfetta comoda con tutte le comodità un fantastico patio giardino insomma tutto per vivere anche all aria aperta il padrone di casa e chi ci a accolti persone fantastiche e cordiali e molto disponibili in tutto cosa poter aggiungere che se torneremo in Sardegna di sicuro è qua che vorrei tornare

Authentic italian holiday

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour a Cardedu avec un accueil des plus gentils par Alessandro. Le propriétaire habitant en face nous a également rendu visite (avec une bouteille de sa propre récolte une fois et un panier de patisserie locales une autre...!) et même si il ne parlait pas anglais nous avons pu nous comprendre et avoir des conversations extrêmement agréables La maison se trouve au milieu des récoltes et élevages, ce qui rend l'endroit très autehntic et reposant quand on cherche a se déconnecter de la ville (cependant nous avons eu du mal a trouver la maison et le réseau était assez mauvais ça n'aidait pas) La mer est a 5 minutes et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la longue plage de sable proche de la location. Les villes alentours sont très sympas également et les locaux sont accueillants. La maison est très propre il y a tout le nécessaire, on a beaucoup utilisé le barbecue du jardin ! Il fait chaud la journée mais frais la nuit ce qui est très agréable Merci encore ! Angèle et Camille

Casa pulita e ben tenuta, non manca nulla per un comodo soggiorno, la lontananza dal centro del paese garantisce più tranquillità. Il titolare è una persona gentile e molto disponibile. Veramente consigliato.

Vacanza a Cardedu

Una vera vacanza, ottima posizione. Mare a un chilometro per non perdersi una giornata di mare ma in un raggio massimo di 20 minuti di auto da nord a sud spiagge incantevoli con paesaggi incantevoli. Agenzia con contatto (Sig., Alessandro) cordiale sempre a disposizione. La proprietà (Sig. Luca) comunque adiacente con vera premura e cordialità ci ha fatto conoscere alcuni prodotti locali ( ci ha omaggiato di dolci e piatto tipico sardo di legumi buonissimo) consigliato dove acquistare alcuni prodotti tipici, sempre a disposizione per ogni evenienza. La casa moderna completa di ogni accessorio è stata veramente comoda. Sicuramente da consigliare ad amici per una vacanza in questa zona dell'Ogliastra.

Casa in campagna, comoda e pulita

Cercavo una casa in zona tranquilla e vicino al mare e l ho trovata. La casa è autonoma anche se affiancata ad un altro appartamento. Stanze grandi, molto pulita e abbastanza fresca. Luca, il proprietario, sempre disponibile, attento e gentile. Insommbellossima vacanza in Ogliastra!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location était complètement conforme à l'annonce. Rien ne manque. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Alessandro(très sympa et disponible). Le propriétaire nous a même offert un panier complet de tomates et de courgettes à notre arrivée. L'endroit est vraiment tranquille et reposant. Le seul petit reproche concerne le plan d'accès à la location qui n'est pas assez précis dans l'annonce.

Très belle semaine

Une belle location, en pleine campagne mais proche d'un village où l'on trouve le nécessaire et bien placée pour découvrir de nombreuses plages et criques. Le jardin est magnifique, la terrasse très agréable et bien ventilée, l'appartement bien équipé et les chiens des voisins adorables. On pourrait néanmoins regretter de ne pas avoir de casseroles plus grandes... Contact très chaleureux avec les acteurs de la location.

Super und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Für 3 Wochen haben wir zu dritt die Unterkunft gemietet. Alles sehr sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Umgebung ist toll. Es gab sogar Auberginen aus dem Garten und Wein. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1,2 km entfernt vom nächsten Strand auf einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäude mit einer weiteren Wohnung und der Wohnung des Besitzers. Die Wohnungen und Terassen sind gut voneinander getrennt, so dass man sich nicht gegenseitig stört. Lucca und seine Familie sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber und haben uns immer wieder mit kleinen Geschenken (eigene Orangen, etc.) überrascht. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern auch wegen der drei lieben kleinen Hündchen absolut zu empfehlen.

Ländliche Unterkunft

War alles in allem eine schöne Erfahrung. Der Vermittler Alessandro ist sehr nett und hat auch immer rasch auf Fragen reagiert. Der Vermieter Luca ist auch toll und sehr herzlich. Wir haben Orangen und Wein geschenkt bekommen. Fühlten uns dort sehr willkommen. Sehr gastfreundlich. Leider gab es vor Ort keine Heizung, war dann schon etwas kalt in der Wohnung. Bisschen gestört haben auch die vielen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Sehr oft Gebell...auch nachts. Mindestens 5 kleine Hunde laufen auch frei rum. Muss man mögen. Viel Biolärm. Die Lage ist ganz gut für Ausflüge und der Strand ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. So halbe Stunde, wenn man sich Zeit lässt. Kann diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Von den Schafen die am Haus zweimal täglich vorbeilaufen war ich begeistert.

Tolle ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermieter

Das ist Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen zieht eine Schafherde am Haus vorbei und nachmittags kommen sie wieder zurück. Es gibt dort auch ein paar Hunde die einen freudestrahlend empfangen, wenn man schon mit dem Auto auf den Hof fährt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne, ruhige Unterkunft !

Der Urlaub hier hat uns sehr gut gefallen ! Die ländliche Lage und die Schafe und Hunde in der Umgebung waren super ! Das Apartment ist gemütlich eingerichtet, wir konnten in der Küche wunderbar kochen und haben das Frühstück auf der Terasse sehr genossen. Alles ist sauber und auch den kleinen Garten kann man gut nutzen. Liebe Grüße Niklas und Anna
