"Good things first: The bathroom was recently renovated and in decent shape. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was however not quite what we expected. There was no living room area, except a kitchen (and the two bedrooms). The kitchen and rooms were dark and a bit dank. The terrace was surrounded by raw land without even grass, plus a piece of dirty artificial grass. The garden furniture was old ald worn-out. The terrace also face directly to a (smelly) garbage deposit...

"Stayed 10 nights here and used it as a base. It was a lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Communication with Stefano was really easy and he was responsive. We managed to get through even though we don't speak Italian very well!!!! Location was good. A short walk down the hill and there were lots of eateries, gelateries, and a lovely beach. "We stayed 1 week in the cosy bungalow in Cardedu. Very little turisty, which was a nice experience! Enjoyed the peace and quietness, and the 3 little dogs, who came to visit us almost every day. They where very well manered and didn't try to walk in the house. Recommend drivning to the beautiful city of Baunei, from where you can walk to Cala Goloritze. Can definetely Recommend a stay here, and the owner Luca, was very kind and helpful and treated us with tomatoes, aubergine, figs and grapes...

"La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Il a fait très chaud (> 45 degrés) pendant quelques jours et nous avons utilisé la climatisation (supplément de 50 euros non précisé dans le descriptif). Environnement verdoyant, bonne proximité de la plage et des commerces. Rez de chaussée habité. Bon accueil effectué par Marco de la société All 4 Sardinia et non par Alessandro!
