"The rooms were clean and comfortable and during our visit it was very quiet and peaceful but not a full hotel by any means. The staff was friendly and courteous. Though no breakfast was included the onsite restaurant was ok and the 24 hr coffee and tea was very nice!"

"I called and asked if this had access to the hot springs pool, the main attraction in Glenwood. They said yes, turns out it’s a different hotel. The hotel is dated, it was a disappointment. There was a group next to us that rented multiple rooms in the hotel. They were smoking and partying all night. I had to call the front desk twice to have them take care of the noise. The third time I called down they stopped answering the phone. So I walked down to the lobby at midnight. The front desk guy and I walked upstairs where he asked them to keep it down. Next night same thing. I called the desk and the girl told me we could just move rooms. I asked her “at midnight! You’re joking, isn’t there a 10pm noise policy and you advertise this as a family establishment!” I will never stay here again and will let others know"
