Furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with table, chairs, 24 LED TV, wi-fi internet signal, equipped with refrigerator, stove, blender, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, utensils in general, ceiling fan in both rooms and kitchen, bathroom, service area with tank and clothesline, portable barbecue, closed and covered parking.

OBS: SWIMMING POOL, PLATGROUND, BARBECUE ARE LOCATED AT 300 MTS OF THE APARTMENTS.

adult pool 8.5 x 4.5 x 1.45 and infant 2.5 X 2.50 X 0.50.

The barbecue area is pool will be released from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

It is necessary to bring bed linen, table and bath.

Air conditioning is optional and has extra charge, please inquire.

We want to maintain a QUIET AND FAMILY ENVIRONMENT; we live on the same street to better serve them.

Location: approx. 2.5 km from the beach Martim de Sá and the Center of Caraguá, 1. 000 mts from the Rio-Santos Highway for easy access to neighboring cities such as Ubatuba, São Sebastião and beautiful island.
