"The parking was good,although there were other cars and trees(cork) to navigate around in the driveway. We were welcomed warmly by hostess and found Gabrielle to be a wonderful lady. She had put eggs from the chickens on the property also a fresh loaf of bread and cheese from butcher. We found pods of espresso coffee waiting for breakfast. We loved our stay.The dogs were waiting to say good morning each day. We went to Sintra town and Cascais also . Went to the Praia da Aguda beach. Beautiful. Scenery was so amazing. Thank you Gabriella for your hospitality ."

"The property is surrounded by a quiet garden and about 10 min from Sintra by car. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and offered support and guidance for local activities. Breakfast was average. Parking available in the property. "

"Food was great and the staff was excellent. Roads and restrictions made it a bit difficult to reach. They could use comfortable reading chairs in the rooms; the seating was not designed for any extended seating. No exercise facilities."

"What a magical place! It’s like you stepped back in time when you arrive at this Quinta, surrounded by lush gardens. The woman who owns it grew up there and has so many fascinating stories to share about the house. Although it’s down a narrow gravel road, it’s easily accessible by car, Uber, and even Uber eats if you decide to order in. On the day we were without a car, were able to walk to the main road where there is a bus service to a lot of the sites in Sintra—though it was hard to leave the enchanting property. And my 8 year old son wanted me to mention that he found a lizard in the bathroom and had a lot of fun and the lizard was super cute."
