Beach Villa 2005 Beach Front

Beach Villa 2005 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that offers all the comforts of home and everything you would expect in a dream vacation. Enjoy relaxing in your screened lanai and the views of the tropical landscaping and the Gulf of Mexico. Sit back and relax in the morning with your cup of coffee or in the evening watching the sunsets and dolphins play!! Pack your bathing suits and come relax in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The new owners of this beautiful vacation rental condominium have taken the property to the next level with all-new furniture, TVs, appliances, paint, and more. The spacious master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, a flat panel TV, and a full bathroom just down the hallway. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just steps away, along with BBQ and tennis. *Please note that the unit is up one flight of steps, and there is no elevator in this building. Have additional guests? We also own 2111, the next building over, which can accommodate up to six additional guests.

Important Note:

The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of the resort are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and, of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use. You will also have access to the association tennis court, BBQ grills, and the beach. There are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort available to you, and you are saving over 50% from resort rates. Booking a private condo also allows you to choose your unit and never pay a resort fee. Call today to start planning your dream vacation. All you have to do is show up!

Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.

Pool Closure: 
The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026.  This closure is expected to last one (1) month.

This apartment is in the perfect location for direct beach access. Great shelling and away from the crowds of other beaches. Very clean and owners were responsive.

It was perfect!

The place was beautifully appointed, with high-end furnishings. It was also very clean. The location is perfect. Steps from the beach and minutes to everything on the island. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

On a scale of 1-5, this condo is a 10! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, spotless and well appointed. The location can't be beat and the host responded promptly when we had questions. The bed in the master was too firm for my taste but my partner seemed to like it (so bring a mattress topper if you like a softer mattress). Would absolutely rent this unit again and again!

No linen service, laundry or use of the resort was offered. When we contacted dream vacations they would send back form letter responses South seas is spectacular and we would stay there again. I would not stay in villa 2005 or another Dream Vacation property.

very clean, up to date, well equipped, quick to respond management. we knew ahead of time the in unit washer and dryer wasn’t available. Would have been nice to have blankets/throws available for curling up on the tv. great location steps away from the beach and directly across from the pool.

Awesome stay at Captiva!

The condo was perfectly lovely with a gorgeous view of the beach. We loved the simplicity of the decor and the amenities provided which were plenty for our four night stay. We will definitely return!

Amazing Retreat

Beautiful private beach, very clean property with everything we needed to relax. The property manager responded right away regarding two minor issues (TV remote batteries and leaves in pool). Both were resolved same day. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful space

The place was extremely spacious! King bed with master bath, 2nd bedroom with full and twin bed and another full bathroom. Additional pull out sofa. Double sliding doors that completely open making the living space even larger. Beach chairs included and beach towels. I would highly recommend this listing.

Fabulous

This was a much needed girls’ trip. The condo exceeded expectations and so much nicer than even shown in the pictures. We are middle aged women; we know cleanliness. We could not find dust not on baseboards, vents, or under chair cushions. Even the quality of the pans and knives were impressive. The first night upon arrival a rare but huge storm passed through. Apparently many units lost internet. The management company came first thing the next morning and fixed it. We cannot wait to return!

Were not informed of Beach Restoration & Construction activity!

The condo was great, the beach was not. We didn't take a vacation to sit in our condo. We took a vacation to sit on the beach, but was in the process of Restoration & Construction. We understand that this needs to occur periodically, but we feel deceived. We paid full price for a beach condo, and the beach sucked.

Disappointed with this one.

I've been to Captiva many times - This unit had sand on the floor, used soap in the shower and the shower floor was not clean, ac filter was clogged with dirt and AC was out for one night and all day the next day. The toilet ran and maintenance just wiped the flapper so it kept running! Management didn't seem to care. I'm in the business and usually very forgiving of little things but there were just too many. Not to mention pool was disgusting the entire time - yellow mold and full of leaves and dirt and yes, I did report it and nothing was done. People around us were loud and left trash and beach boogies boards and toys tossed outside on our landing which was never swept - On a positive note - the view was great from the balcony and living room. It just left much to be improved.
