"The owner clearly takes great pride in the house and providing his guests with a wonderful experience. The beauty of the grounds surrounding the house cannot be overstated. The house has everything you need to make it your home- comfortable living room and outdoor seating, a well stocked kitchen, and a sun porch that will forever be one of my favorite places to enjoy a stunning view, friends, family, and a good meal. I consider myself lucky to stay there."

"Great wifi, delicious dinner, Luca and the breakfast lady in the morning were great. Staff were generally really lovely but quite busy. The room was large with a king size bed. Shower was strange with half glass half curtain but served its purpose. With a kettle in the room we could make a tea which was also great."

"Wonderful house in a beautiful location, with fantastic grounds and pool with views looking out over the hills. Superb service at check in and out. A great base to explore from but equally lovely to stay and relax in the house and grounds. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. Maurizio the host is an absolute gent, and was so helpful in helping us settle in and giving some great advice on places to go and places to eat. Would 100% recommend"

Ho fatto un lungo viaggio di ritorno a un'altra destinazione e ho chiesto di usare il loro forno a microonde per la mia zuppa. L'hanno fatto felicemente e mi hanno persino permesso di tenere il loro cucchiaio! Un ringraziamento speciale a Georgia che si è assicurata che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio lungo viaggio! Vorrei aver trascorso più tempo sul terreno dato che è così incredibilmente sereno. Hanno fatto uno sforzo così enorme per garantire che gli ospiti abbiano un'esperienza straordinaria qui! "Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Can’t review food as the restaurant was closed but the food at the service station (in the same building) was good and the staff were very helpful and nice. "
