"The owner clearly takes great pride in the house and providing his guests with a wonderful experience. The beauty of the grounds surrounding the house cannot be overstated. The house has everything you need to make it your home- comfortable living room and outdoor seating, a well stocked kitchen, and a sun porch that will forever be one of my favorite places to enjoy a stunning view, friends, family, and a good meal. I consider myself lucky to stay there."

"Wonderful house in a beautiful location, with fantastic grounds and pool with views looking out over the hills. Superb service at check in and out. A great base to explore from but equally lovely to stay and relax in the house and grounds. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. Maurizio the host is an absolute gent, and was so helpful in helping us settle in and giving some great advice on places to go and places to eat. Would 100% recommend"

Ho fatto un lungo viaggio di ritorno a un'altra destinazione e ho chiesto di usare il loro forno a microonde per la mia zuppa. L'hanno fatto felicemente e mi hanno persino permesso di tenere il loro cucchiaio! Un ringraziamento speciale a Georgia che si è assicurata che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio lungo viaggio! "Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Can’t review food as the restaurant was closed but the food at the service station (in the same building) was good and the staff were very helpful and nice. "

"I had a great staying at Hotel Santo Stefano. The staff is absolutely wonderful; I travelled by public transport and they came to pick me up and take me back to the bus stop. The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The hotel has got a restaurant which is very handy when you have spent a day at the Archive and you are too tired to go out. Thumbs up for Hotel Santo Stefano!"
