La struttura si trova all'interno di un'area di servizio sulla strada statale, quindi non ci si può spostare senza un mezzo. Gli arredi e i letti sono molto spartani ma l'insieme è stato confortevole. Inaspettatamente una colazione abbondante e con prodotti molto freschi, solo di dolci, nulla di salato, ma per noi andava bene. Il punto è decisamente comodo per raggiungere Città di Castello e altre località in zona.

Posizione convenientissima, in un'area di servizio sulla E45. Grazie ad un sottopassaggio si raggiungono i paesini circostanti. Camera ok, no lusso, ma tutto funzionale. Alla fine un motel, ma funzionalissimo.

L'hotel si trova presso un'area di servizio della E45, al primo impatto mi ero un po' preoccupato per il traffico,invece la camera era sul retro e si è dormito bene e senza rumori . Direi che è sono stato soddisfatto , l'albergo è un 3 stelle .

Basterebbe guardarsi un po' in giro per capire che questo hotel non è concorrenziale, neanche per la cifra che ho pagato. Non è necessario confrontarsi con i soliti hotel stranieri, perché in Italia si trova di meglio pagando il giusto. Questo posto vanta tre stelle solo perché in camera trovi il TV, il telefono, il frigorifero e l'asciugacapelli?! …Non penso sia sufficiente. L'arredamento è orribile e anche se fuori sono parcheggiati un sacco di camion, gli autisti si meriterebbero di meglio, avessero anche l’estrema necessità di dormire qui. Gusto zero. I mobili Ikea, per dire, che sono sicuramete a un prezzo più basso di quelli usati nelle camere, sarebbero più belli. Qui tutto è collocato alla rinfusa. Un letto che troverei forse ancora in una caserma militare. La rete di metallo, con un materasso a molle che ti si conficcano nella schiena. Dormendo a fatica, ma solo perché ero stanco, sono venuto qua unicamente perché ho letto opinioni positive. A questo punto credo vivamente siano state scritte dallo stesso proprietario. Simili posti dovrebbero chiudere e lasciar lavorare chi se lo merita.
