The managed Johan is absolutely top class manager , Andrea at the Pescatore restaurant the best waitress met and Paolo at the Mediterraneo restaurant just the most friendly and gentle soul ever met ! It feels sofisticate and welcoming, it’s delightful to be there as we have never experienced despite travelling many 5 stars hotel ! Amazing prime staff !
