"It has only been open for 2 weeks, so still settling teething problems, but the facilities are very high spec and the young team are very enthusiastic and keen to make everyone welcome. The restaurant is superb with a very high standard of cooking and knowledgeable staff Our room was finished to a high standard . The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good Just one thing needs to be tweaked, a full length mirror is needed . Other than that this place is obviously a destination...

"Lovely looking hotel in former bank close to the main station and also sightseeing and shopping area. We had a comfort room which was suitable for 2 people although the layout for shower and sink being open to the main room took getting used too. Breakfast on the first morning was chaotic, however the second morning was a lot better. Spa pool was nice if a bit small but had quite a few beds to relax on. "

"It was great location and staff were very friendly and accommodated everything we needed. Considering it was close to the city it was quiet. The hotel upgraded us too as there were works happening so we never heard them or were interrupted by them. Great dinner recommendations given. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Right across the road from the station. Tram stops nearby, short walk in to town. Hotel is pleasant enough and suitable for my needs. Bed was comfortable, shower has good pressure and hot. Breakfast was decent with enough choice. Wouldn't hesitate to go back."

"Perfect for an over night stay on our way to Bruges and the tunnel en route back from the alps and Switzerland. We booked and checked in 10 minutes later and Khalid at the front desk was very efficient and attentive. We actually booked another place but neither me nor my daughter felt safe there so staying at the Comfort Hotel was a great decision for a good night’s rest in a comfortable bed."

"For a 4-star hotel, I would say it was very dissatisfactory. The carpets have stains, and the toilet is very old and needs a serious renovation. The shower space was clean but it does not have a shower head (yes I am not joking). There was a broken hand held water spray that leaked water from everywhere. I asked them to fix or replace it and add a showerhead but they told me “it is impossible” (can you believe?). The built in iron was not working properly. However, the breakfast staff are very...
