"We arrived early. Room 234. Unpacked the car and headed to family members house. We arrived back to the room around 12a. Went to take a shower and the bathroom was disgusting. It was not clean. There was mold around the outside of the tub and inside around caulking. There was debris in the tub from idk what!The floors were dirty and sticky threw out the entire room to the point my sandles were sticking. The ac unit was filthy! It also had mold around it. When pulling back the covers the fitted sheet had a hole and stain on it looking dirty. The headboards were dirty. Not to mention the hallways needed vacuuming really bad. When I went to the office to complain regarding the room his response was I reserved a smoking room. So smoking rooms must not be cleaned! Because the room was unacceptable. He did move us to another room which was much better and cleaner but the window was open and the screen was damaged and broke! So needless to say I will not be back to this hotel!"

"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."

"Yes, the breakfast is phenomenal especially the pancake machine maker, very clean!! No measuring cup, no spillage abd efficient. You just press the button and have your plate ready for the machine to spool out your pancakes. I experienced biscuits with gravy which i never had. Our room ckean, I confirmed that myself. I'm one those, lol. My daughter had a behavioral issue prior to checking out and the staff was so helpful. Giving me time to check out under the circumstances. I truly appreciated that!!! One of the front ladies, she just started, short black hair, cut low on the sides she extended her concern to me. Bless het. Also i believe her colleague blond hair, glasses appear to be training her, so thoughtful allowed me to reheat my daughter's food so I could give her medication after checking out. I never experienced this behavior in this kind of setting and I was really uncomfortable with whst was going on. But the front desk ladies which I didn't get a chance to get their names were so sweet and extra helpful, I will never forget them. How they treated me under the pressure I was in was priceless!!!!! Also the parking quite vast and self sufficient. The area overall has a little bit of everything in the neighborhood. Even walking distance. Like 10 minute walk to most shopping and food plazas. Definitely will return. "

"Really nice location close to Brown Univeristy. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Staff was very cordial and friendly. There is $15 per day for parking (which was called out in the listing so just calling out for others to know)"
