Unique, Modern and Lovely Space!
My husband and I stayed at the rental for 4 nights. It is a basement unit but we heard very little noise from the people in the above unit. The property was as per the listing and pictures. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a lot to do in the area.

The Underwood-Hale House
We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting Providence to tour Brown and RISD and we were able to easily walk to both. The property itself was beautiful as was our room/apartment we stayed in. Dog Friendly Cottages w/ easy access to Newport, beaches, trails and vineyards
Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the 50 dollar a day pet fee, when the property wasn’t cleaned every day. There was an extra fee if you wanted them to clean. I can understand a pet fee every day if you cleaned every day. But that is not the case.
