Table mountain, Clifton beach, Cape Town city center and V &Waterfront are 10minutes drive away.

This open plan 50 m sq apartment features a lounge and dinning room bathed in natural light that opens onto a patio/garden. a fully equipped kitchen for culinary creations, bedroom area with one double bed and a full bathroom with a shower.
There is one sleeper couch in the lounge.
The apartment including the patio has a separate private entrance, enclosed with walls and gate with a padlock.
It is located at the back of the house on the ground floor.
Guest access
Guests will have their own set of keys and have the entire apartment and patio to themselves.
