Beautiful Cascades in the mountains

Amazing from reception, food, service, room and the great staff. I would appreciate one queen bed as opposed to 2 single beds for the two of us because we are like twins and prefer 1 queen bed.

Staying here is a must

Returning again Staying at Cascade Manor is a must if you are in the area. It’s a large place but they still manage to keep it personal and not to commercial. We travel with a 4year old and a 1 year old baby and it was so easy. Baby cots available as well as baby chairs and the staff is so so friendly and attentive. The food is awesome and honestly not to expensive either. We will come back again for sure. The family room is large and the only minus would be that there are two steps in it (with a crawling baby it’s something to consider). It’s slightly windy outside but it’s a welcome breeze in the SA heat. In the area is a spa that we didn’t go to this time but by experience I know you should book ahead if you want to treat yourself. Don’t forget to stop by the waterfall. It’s breathtaking.

Tolles Gelände und Gebäude in schöner Umgebung mit Wasserfall, leckeres Essen, freundliche Menschen. Etwas weiter von Paarl und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt als üblich - ca. 15 min. extra rechnen, aber ruhig, sehr individuell und sehr sicher. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

I will be back

Overall it was amazing. The waterfall is a must see. One night is to short. There is a lot of walking trails we did not do. Sad. When settling the account and you did use something. just make sure that there is no misunderstanding. Check your account before leaving. Misunderstanding can cause you pay too much or too little.

Friendly staff and impressive grounds

Outside appearance of Cascade is impressive and grounds / swimming pool area excellent. Not too impressed there was a lot of work to the building going on and no prior warning given about this. Also forest fire immediately around property has negatively affected the countryside, and while out of control of property itself, I believe potential visitors should be informed.

A little piece of heaven

A little piece of Heaven. The manor is absolutely beautiful! Stunning grounds and beautiful waterfall nearby. The staff are wonderful and the food delicious. The owner very thoughtful. Although a little off the beaten track, it's definitely worth staying here, the serenity and all's the the manor has to offer ie spa, wine tours can be arrange by them with a great tour guy-Andre, who knows the winyards and history of the the area, the food and friendly staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, bed are comfy. The manor is truely a hidden gem.

Decent B & B a little overpriced

Room was sort of OK nice bathroom with small sink. Beautiful outdoor areas with waterfall on back of property. Nice pool area. A bit out of the way and hard to find at the end of a long dirt road. Good breakfast.

Ein ganz besonderes Haus...

Geniales Hotel, unser Zimmer war wirklich Deluxe- besser geht nicht. Auch das Abendessen war eines der besten dass wir während unserem Urlaub hatten auch wenn man nur unter 2 Hauptgängen auswählen konnte. Das Hotel ist auf einer Olivenplantage und somit etwas ausserhalb des Weinbaugebietes. ca. 15 km ausserhalb von Paarl. Die letzten 2 Kilometer über eine Staubstrasse zu erreichen. Die Strasse endet dort und ist somit völlig ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Zum entspannen ideal gelegen.

Great guest house

Staying here has been one of the highlights of our trip to SA. The service and setting of the lodge were second to none and in terms of value for money it was outstanding. There was a wonderful old world feel about the place and the service matched this. All meals were on ten terrace with great views of the pool and grounds

Unfortunately we only stayed one night What a beautiful place and lovely nature We would love to go on mountainbike next time Evening meal was excellent and not expensive. Best meat we had in SA
