"We loved our one night stay at Caoe heritage Hotel! Not only for its convenient central location and quietness, but also for its decor and charm, and most importantly for the warm hearted service we received. It happened to be one of us’s birthday. Sam and Bonford went out of their way to make the birthday girl feel happy and special. Love it, wish we stayed longer. "

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very helpful and also very friendly. The room was very clean and tidy and we had a turn down service every night. I would really recommend this hotel for a city break in Cape Town or for a longer stay. The V & A Waterfront was walkable and great location for Table Mountain etc. Great hotel, great staff and a memorable exchange for the start of our holiday in South Africa."

"I had a wonderful stay! :) I was most impressed with the breakfast options each day. The room was clean and comfortable. The only challenge so-to-speak was parking as parking is limited and there is a daily cost. Overall, wonderdul stay! "

"Good location from all tourist spots, staff is awesome & helpful! Concierge & security made me feel safe especially when arriving at hotel during the night. Bar is nice & busy, not to mention breakfast & spa services were on point!"
"My Stay:
I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was fresh and well-prepared with a good variety of options. The location was also convenient — there were several shops and restaurants nearby, which made it easy to get anything I needed. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience!

"Wow! Such a unique place to stay! We were first greeted by such kind staff and received very thorough information! Then took the original style elevator up to our room! Such an incredible touch to really enhance the style of the hotel! The rooms were clean and very comfortable beds! There is a few clubs in the area as well as a rooftop bar at the hotel but the solid wood doors make it so you can’t hear anything while in your room! Huge points for that! A lot of hotels are so cheaply made or renovated. The staff went above and beyond to make me a special tea that wasn’t on the menus and I was so appreciative! They did a really great job decorating and redoing this old building into a hotel! Highly recommend staying here for your Cape Town visit! "
"The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs during our stay. They ensured our safety while walking about the surrounding area. Water was replaced daily in the room."
