Beautiful house within quick drive of beach and nature walks.

The saltwater pool and lanai area were wonderful. Master bathroom shower had a little low pressure.

Villa Paradise Palms

The refrigerator/freezer Ice-maker does not work. I had to buy my own ice trays and make ice for three weeks. This was reported on the first day, but the owner apparently did not want to repair it.

Our recent stay

We love the location and amenities offered at Paradise Palm. It is a lovely neighborhood in a convienent location. The staff at 123Cape again provided excellent service during our stay. See you next year! As I mentioned n my recent conversation with Tadie - the Lanai needs some attention. Specifically the floor as you cannot even clean the spots off of it. It is the source of all the 4 ratings. Otherwise they would all be 5's. So much time is spent enjoying that beautiful spot - it is really a focal point of the property - that any and all updates would add much to the overall experience. Tadie said she would address our comments to the owner. Thanks again Tadie you are the best! (and see you next year)

Baseball Getaway

My wife and I spent two weeks at this home while I was playing in the Roy Hobbs World Series baseball tournament. The home is in a very nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. The house is very clean and well appointed for comfort. My only comment is to be aware that this property charges for electricity over an allotted $10/ day. We ended up owing an additional $50 for the two weeks.

Nice home in nice neighborhood

This visit was my first time booking through VRBO, so I was hesitant, and the home we booked only had one review so we took a chance. Was very pleased with he cleanliness, the location, the amenities in the home. Everything was in working order. There were a few very minor home fixes that did not impact our stay at all and I reported to the property management company on our checkout. We enjoyed the area so much that we did extend our stay for a few days and would have stayed longer if the home was available. Will revisit the area and would stay at this home again.

A Great Stay

We loved our stay at Paradise Palms! The location, canal view, pool, and the home are beautiful! It is in a great neighborhood. The kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The team as 123Cape is a pleasure to deal with and are always there to answer questions or assist in any way needed. We are already looking forward to next years visit! The living room furniture should be replaced. The style and leather are perfect for a rental (we always look for and enjoy the comfort of recliners), but the set is worn and one recliner was broken.

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

The house was quite comfortable. The heated pool was great. My mini dachshunds x2 were allowed and loved it there. We took walks and they hunted lizards. I’d recommend renting this home.

Spacious water front property

This house was great for our family (plus our dog!). Very nice pool and outdoor area with lots of greenery and a great view of the canal. The only downside was the distance to beaches.

Paradise Palms

We had a wonderful time in this home! Great location in Cape Coral and close to Ft Myer! The house was clean and pool was wonderful. We loved the lanai and being on the canal. We did some fishing on the canal and it was so much fun. Thank you for such a wonderful home. A
