"While we did not know what to expect and were simply looking for a hotel near the Palermo airport, this hotel was a very nice surprise. Great beach and friendly staff."
"Great experience staying here. Very nice room and walking distance to everything you could need. Vincenzo was very helpful. I will be staying here again next year!"
"We had an amazing stay at da 'nfacci apartment. Great location at less than 15min from the airport. Calm neighbourhood. The flat was super modern and comfy, especially the beds and we had everything we needes to feel like home. 1000% recommended!"
"The property is brand new, modern and cozy. There is free parking nearby and the checkin was very easy. The room was clean and have all comforts including a walk-in shower, free water, coffes and teas, a mini-bar fridge, a large tv with free netflix, "
"To start with the positives: I found all the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms, bedding, towels were all clean. The hotel is in a good location, close to via Roma and a few minutes walk from Teatro Massimo.
On the other hand, first impressions are not good: the hotel is entered through a run-down arcade, into a threadbare reception. The only access to the rooms (all on the first floor) is via an ancient, small, slow lift, with buttons that have to be repeatedly pressed, and which...

"Great place to stay for our last night in sicily. Close to the airport train and airport and with the village of Carini walkable to explore. The host was super helpful meeting us and letting us store our bags for the day. Would stay there again"
"Great parking, beach views, maybe bring earplugs in case one of the nearby restaurants is having a party. Eye masks are great too because the island light is strong!"

"An incredible Villa and a wonderful host. The villa is huge, as is the pool, the villa is beautiful and has everything you might need. We were given sone great tips on places to visit etc and the ower was very generous in letting us stay at the villa a little longer on our final day as our flight was not until late in the afternoon. We had a wonderful time and would greatly recommend this villa."
"An absolute beautiful small hotel to stay in. Very organised and atmosphere is very charming and relaxing.
You can have breakfast by the pool and view the sea with a cool breeze and gentle music playing in the background.
Pool is open 9am to 7pm with one hour closure between 1:30-2:30pm
Again gentle music playing in the background making very settled and relaxing atmosphere. Bar and lifeguard are in place too.
The private beach that is connected to the hotel was so safe and organised. There is a secure entry and reception to it. Non hotel members can use the beach but have to pay a fee. Hotel members can access beach for free but need to pay for umbrella and beds if needed(€15).
Beach also provides locked private changing rooms. As well as there is a lifeguard and security in place.
There is a small play ground for kids to play in and a Volleyball game in the area for teenagers and older. There is also a good reasonable priced cafeteria at the beach.
Beautiful sandy beach one can’t get enough of and is mostly visited by families. The neighbouring private beach Saracen have louder cheerful music and beach activities which adds to the fun.
Local train station is Capaci and is about 15 min walk, but train frequency to Palermo central is every hour and takes about 45 minutes or half an hour to plazzo Reale-Orleans, so it is advisable to plan accordingly, otherwise a lot of time can be wasted waiting for the trains and getting to places.
I highly recommend this hidden gem"

"We had a great time in this villa - which was spacious and clean and had a lovely pool set in beautiful, tropical gardens. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, which makes all the difference.Francesco - who looks after the property - was super helpful and was able give us plenty of restaurant tips as well as advice on navigating Palermo. The villa is set on the outskirts of Carini, and it's close to the main road to get along the coast to the main sights. I'd say it's about half an hour to get into Palermo by car and an hour and a quarter from Cefalu'. It's an easy drive to Segesta. The local seafront close to the properly is fine for a morning run but not for swimming. For that you need to go Capaci, the next town towards Palermo. There the beach is fantastic and you can swim with the mountains in the background. We highly recommend this villa."
"We had a lovely week. Guiseppe was so helpful - recommending places to visit and explaining how to get around and park. We loved Sicily and this area particularly- it’s very Sicilian -lively but laid back - and the local cafes and restaurants were very friendly. Do be aware that there are a lot of stairs -which didn’t bother us but might some people. I recommend hiring a car - although the driving is a little challenging (!) - as trips to Scopello, Palermo, Cefalu and Mondello were all highlights. We want to come back to Sicily!"

"We would like to thank Gaetano and Mary for helping to make our first trip to Sicily so memorable. Gaetano was always on hand if needed . He even showed us around the local town on our first afternoon to show us the best restaurants and the beach. The welcome pack was more than welcome and they even told us where to buy the amazing Sicilian cakes. The villa it's self was perfect with a lovely pool. Even though it was near a mall town it was a very peaceful spot when lazing round the pool. I would fully recommend a stay at their villa. Thanks again Gaetano and Mary"
