"I’ve ever had I think we should seriously look into who said this was a good hotel. I was woken up at 2 o’clock in the morning by two security guards I’m I’m asking for a bowl refund on this. I had to leave early and stay somewhere else and spend a lot of money. I would never stay at this hotel again ..."

"Easy check in / out all done online. I had some questions about parking, they replied to my message with in minutes and were very helpful. Room was clean with a kitchenette which was lovely. There was a record player but no records to play. Great location for us to walk to the Palladium."
