"Clean and convenient "

"Room was clean, the staff were great! The area is good and not far from places to eat and drink. Shopping is also close although I wasn’t there to shop. Parking is plentiful. Pool looks good but I only walked past it and didn't use it. Hotel has an older world feel, but is nice. Air conditioner was a little loud but I guess that’s normal. "

"Loved this place. Close to lots of cute shops and restaurants. Excellent lounge and diner in house. Quaint quiet pool area, staff super friendly. Love all the Hollywood memorabilia. I'd 100% stay here again. Only thing I'd say it needs is a set of weights in the fitness center and a water machine in there."

"This hotel had everything we needed: clean bed, tidy room, well-stocked bathroom amenities, affordable parking, a great water and coffee station, and best of all, a microwave in the room! The only drawback was the shower setup; the lower faucet wouldn’t fully shut off, which affected the water pressure. Aside from that, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend! "

"The shuttle service was excellent and punctual. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was that it was a bit far from dining options. However, the pool and hot tub provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of walking at Universal."
