Our room was great and would definitely stay here again. Only very minor complaints. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and liked the Nespresso machine to make coffee in the morning. Hampton Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Downtown
Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were under repairs. It would've been nice to know that before we arrived. My son and I were looking forward to going swimming on our downtime. My son told me the breakfast wasn't that good. Other than that the staff and the room were very nice.
