Staff was great! Bed was wonderful! But the overall condition of the building was in dire need of an update. Our room had a musty smell, carpet was nasty, and the window wasn't completely covered with curtains. The couch and desk chair were in terrible condition.

Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded our room but shower was making loud noises but other then that it was great

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Grand Rapids Airport - South by IHG
Letting us park our car there plus the shuttle to the airport while we flew out of state was so convenient. And the shuttle bringing us back was was great! The price was the best surprise.
