Apartment of 60 m2 for 4/5 people (including 4 adults) ideally located near the beaches of Juan les Pins with large balcony / terrace overlooking the park of the Residence Les Aloès.
The accommodation comprises a large, bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped American kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.), a bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 baby cot, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Central heating + reversible air conditioning.
All services and shops nearby (bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.).
Very large choice of tourist attractions (ports of Golfe-Juan, Antibes, Cannes, Festival de Cannes, Jazz Festival of Juan les Pins, frequent fireworks, Museums, etc.
The SNCF train station is within walking distance (5 min), making it easy to visit the Côte d'Azur and nearby Italy.
