The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a secure and very quiet residence on the Pointe Croisette, with a private entrance.
It consists of an entrance hall with cupboards leading to a very comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, all opening onto the terrace. There is also a separate equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a separate toilet, a shower room, and a bedroom.

The apartment is in the heart of the Palm Beach district, making it the ideal place to stay with family, friends, or colleagues during a conference in Cannes!

The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.
Parking is available in the cul-de-sac and there is a bus stop at the foot of the building.

In all our apartments, you will find a welcome pack on arrival including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinks, dishwasher tablets, and washing machine tablets.
