"We stayed in the top floor room which is as pictured. It was nice to have the balcony overlooking the canal, refrigerator and electric kettle. It is up 3 flights of stairs. The shower was fine though a small stall if you are a bigger person. Communication before arrival on Whatsapp was informative and responses were helpful and timely. Our room was ready when we arrived so we did not have to go the other property to store luggage. No reception onsite. It is about a 15 in walk from train station. Access to building and room was with codes. only drawback was the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise this is a lovely place to stay."

"Hotel was located in a perfect place. Water taxi drops you off right at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though it was late October, the weather was a little warm and the AC didn't cool as much as we would have liked but would highly recommend staying here"
