Canmore dellight
Very spacious and clean 1 bedroom apartment. All the accessories in the kitchen we could need. Beautiful views of the Rockies from the property. Very quiet in the evenings and great access to dining options.

Property was located within walking distance of trails, shopping, and restaurants. Pleantu of space and had a washer/dryer so we could pack less.

White spring lodge was right by cafe/grocery store and many restaurants near by. The unit we stayed was clean and kitchen was fully equipped and nice to prepare foods and snacks. If I come back to Banff, I would definitely come back to stay here.

Loved the view from our balconies, yes, 2 balconies. Condo was much bigger than anticipated and loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides so the kids didn't disturb us but still had some privacy of their own. The walkability into downtown Canmore was great and the options around the property to eat, shop, etc were great too! Property was clean and we never had a problem finding parking on the street. The garage parking space provided was a little tight, so we opted for outside.

Heated bathroom floors
The whole place is very nice and comfortable. We booked a 2bd 2 bath room and it was perfect for our family if 3 adults and a kid. Property is a 20min drive to Banff minus the crowd. We love the covered parking space and heated bathroom floor! If only both bathroom floors were heated though. Customer service was also really nice and friendly.

Excellent property. Loved the interior. The facilities and amenities provided was exceptional. They provide pretty much all the basic things you need and you can get groceries by walking across the street. Property is neat and clean. Every thing was communicated well via email/text. Appliances and everything is pretty new. All small details are taken care of. Will surely consider staying there if plan to visit the area again or elsewhere where the property is managed by same management company.

We'll be back!
This was our first time to the area and we'll definitely come back. The condo and area where incredible, and there's tons to do within walking distance. Check in/out was seamless. Highly recommended!

overall I didnt like anything about this property. our unit was underwhelming... felt hollow and not tastfully decorated... misrepresented amaenties like jacuzzi, when you have to sign up to use. We arrived for 2 days and no openings available... The place felt like work, having to make sure everything was clean before we left, dishes in dishwasher had to be on, all trash removed... for the price per night rather steep... for a brand new place as quoted , fixtures were loose and felt lacking a comfortable experince... would not recommend!

Beautiful apt in a great surrounding
A really nice apartment is an extremely beautiful surrounding. The place is new & beatiful, the area is just magnificent, which we could walk around enjoying the views, rivers & mountains. Just to note that the info/address given to check in has changed (from hotels.com email), but people were friendly enough to tell us the new address which is 1 block away.

Beautiful location, quiet and some nice places close by for deli items and coffee/snacks. Construction is going on around the property but didn’t take away from the beauty of the location or our stay!

The good: The location is great. It's within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the food store. The office is easy to contact and friendly. The not-so-good: The unit was not cleaned well before our stay as the toilet was dirty, the soap, shampoo, etc. containers were reused too many times and were dirty and/or worn out, and there was dried food on the supplied plates, and utensils. The faucets in the bathrooms were loose (I tightened them so we could use them) and we discovered after a long trip and a late-night arrival with five people that the six-person unit only came with four towels. The towel situation was quickly rectified, but it shouldn't have happened.

Very spacious and quiet suite with a huge terrace. It also was well equipped and furnished. The suite would be perfect for 3 couples travelling together. The bed setup is not perfect for a family because there are only 2 queens and a King.

Very clean, checkin and checkout was very easy with everything sent to phone so there was no need to see anyone. All the cookware was in place...just an overall great experience. Only little glitch we had was the room temp was a few degrees higher than ideal and we couldnt get it down.

Incredible view and wonderful amenities. Plenty of everything a family needs for a great stay. Gas fireplace was great on the cold nights, but the only slight negative was that there isn’t quite enough lounging space on the sofa for a family of 6

Beautiful location, the hot tub was amazing and has an incredible mountain view (worth it to go during the day so it's not dark!). Very clean and with great amenities. I can't wait to come back!
