As you enter the condo you'll pass by the in-suite laundry room and find yourself at the first of two King bedrooms. This private room has its own TV, and some splendid artwork. Across the hallway is the full bathroom, which is also easily accessed by the 2nd bedroom which features a Queen bed, and a twin trundle bed. This room has plenty of space and its own TV.

After you've checked out the 2nd bedroom you've found yourself at the end of the hall, and entering into the inviting open concept living area. The large kitchen island offers seating for 4, with plenty of prep space if you've got multiple cooks in your group. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The living area is the perfect place to settle in front of the fire after a long day at the hill, and features large windows to allow you to take in the splendid mountain views. The living area flows out onto the oversized balcony, with BBQ and comfy outdoor furniture.

Tucked away at this end of the condo is the Master bedroom, with large walk in closet and generous en suite with soaker tub. This bright, airy condo is filled with incredible artwork displaying stunning scenes from the natural landscape that surrounds us - only beaten by the views out the windows.

Great spot that doesn't disappoint

This is my third time staying at this unit and it never disappoints. When you leave and wish you could stay for a few more days thats the best sign of a great vacation. The unit is spacious, clean and filled with modern amenities. I will definitely book again next year.

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely area right in central Canmore. Spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen, and cozy sitting area. The view of the mountains is priceless. This was our fourth time to Canmore but the first time we needed a larger space now that my sister is married and brought her husband. This was a fantastic three bedroom space with a very large living area and balcony. We loved the location as well. Charla was also very helpful in pointing us to the Rocky Rentals office where we rented park passes and bear spray for free. We will hopefully be back!

Rockies visit

Loved the comfortable, natural setting with beautiful views of the mountains. The suite is very spacious for a family of 5. It's bright and up to date looking. The building seems well kept. Enjoyed popping over to the Cafe and grocery across the street and picking up a Late or breakfast. The hot tub is a nice feature as well. Lovely newer area and within walking distance to main street.

White Spruce 209 is a large luxury condo that has everything larger groups require for a fabulous mountain experience in beautiful Canmore. The building has excellent security systems in place and underground parking. The condo is spacious with a well equipped functional kitchen and large dining table. Beautiful views surround from within the unit and on the large balcony with fire table. Comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms make the stay five star.

Banff Family Vacation

Our condo was perfect our our family of 5 adults. The views from our balcony were stunning. The unit was one of the best stocked and equipped for a rental we have ever experienced. We had everything we needed and it felt like a home away from home. All the instructions for the unit were detailed and clear and the staff was exceptionally courteous. If we are fortunate enough to ever return to Canmore/Banff, we will certainly book through Rockies Rentals.
