This third-floor condo in Canmore Crossing features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a patio with a BBQ and views of the Three Sisters, Lady McDonald, and Grotto Mountains. Explore the area's lakes, mountains, hiking trails, and golf courses, and come home to this comfortable condo each night! The condo comes with a Parks Canada Discovery Pass for guests use.
BEDROOMS Up to eight guests can sleep comfortably in this three-bedroom condo. All bedrooms are equipped with hardwood floors, fans, soft linens, plenty of pillows, and spacious closets to unload your suitcase and make yourself at home for your stay. Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed with en-suite bathroom with shower bath Bedroom 2: King-sized bedroom with walk-in closet, dresser, tv, comfortable reading chair, and direct access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower Bedroom 3: Two twin beds The living area has a couch that you can convert into a sofa bed with linens and pillows in the closet.
BATHROOMS This condo has two bathrooms equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and heated tile flooring for those cool winter days. One is in the queen bedroom, and the other is down the hall from the kitchen with direct access to the king bedroom. En-suite Bathroom: Located in the queen bedroom, it has a bathtub with a shower head and single vanity with plenty of counter space. Family Bathroom: Located down the hall from the kitchen, it has a walk-in shower and a single vanity.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE This condo has an impressive kitchen, with stocked cabinets with cookware, dishes, basic cooking supplies, and expansive counter space to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals at the wooden table that comfortably seats six people or the breakfast bar.
The living room is a bright, open space with comfortable furniture and rustic decor. You can gaze out the window and enjoy the mountain views or binge-watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV while enjoying the heat from the gas fireplace on a chilly winter night.
OUTSIDE SPACE This third-floor condo features a private balcony with a propane BBQ and outdoor furniture to sit with your drink in the shade and enjoy the mountain views.
You're also welcome to book a 30-minute time slot to enjoy the rooftop hot tub for some extra fun! (open year-round unless the temperature drops below -25 degrees Celsius)

You can spend a lot more to stay in Banff or other locations, but nothing beats the convenience and low-key lifestyle of Canmore. And this unit is particularly well situated, with easy access to great restaurants and shopping. The property owner is also especially responsive.
We stayed here for a 2-night, 3-day stay. I had stayed in the building before through a different VRBO-er and this unit took the cake. It was extra clean, spacious and many, many fans which was great for these hot summer nights that the mountains now get. Communication with the host was prompt and we were able to check-in a little bit earlier than scheduled which is always appreciated.
Our family had a wonderful stay here. The proximity to two grocery stores was a bonus. Also, it was a very short and scenic walk to Main Street Canmore. The reason we chose this place is that it has two twin beds in the third bedroom. The unit is very well maintained and well appointed. The kitchen appliances are very new and everything we needed was supplied. We also really liked the fact that there is underground parking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
NICE CONDO WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF ALMOST EVERYTHING
Condo was as advertized. We were a little disappointed that there was so much EARLY morning activity you couldn't sleep if you left the windows open at night. And, the major complaint of our party of 5 was that the beds were too hard. If you like them hard, you got 'em. No instructions of any kind in the unit so we really had to fiddle around with the TV. Bring your own movies for the DVD player. These complaints are small and it was a great place close to downtown. Grocery store a walk across the street.
This was a great place to stay, so central, great access to shopping and walking trails. Definitely the best stocked place we have ever stayed, so many extras that other places don't have.
